To celebrate the launch of Food Labs, WeWork had its sights set on a unique, edible experience that spoke to the future of food and culture. Any Salon produced a memorable, design-inspired journey activating all five senses.
Much of what was served throughout the evening was grown just steps from where guests dined and mingled. Vibrant pink oyster mushrooms flourishing under LED lights and other similar sights naturally inspired discussions surrounding innovative farming techniques & responsible consumption.

Tuna-turnip nigiri was served in individual gold jewelry boxes, while torched s’mores waited to be pulled from miniature irons. Playful presentations invited guests to interact with their food — and each other.
